We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If a purchase does not meet your expectations, you have the option to exchange the item for another of equal value or receive a credit equivalent to your purchase, which will be added to your customer account.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To qualify for this exchange or credit, you have a period of 7 days for domestic shipments and 14 days for international shipments from the receipt of the item by post or from the date of purchase at a kiosk.
The item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged or worn product will not be exchanged or refunded.
Any purchase made on final sale, clearance, discounted, or custom-made items are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Any beauty care accessory or product for body, face, or hair care is not exchangeable or creditable.
In the event that the product is damaged, please contact us via customer service with details of the product’s defect. We will inform you of the procedures to follow thereafter.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for exchanges or credits. The same applies to any additional shipping surcharges applied to certain items based on their size, weight, or destination. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. The customer is fully responsible for providing the correct shipping address. It is your responsibility to verify your shipping address or make changes to your address when placing your order.
All packages with a tracking number will be traceable and will be redirected to the customer. We invite you to contact customer service for any losses or non-receipt of orders within 30 working days of shipping. Otherwise, we do not guarantee the re-routing of the package or the refund of the purchase.
Any orders placed after 3 pm, Montreal time (Quebec), will be shipped the following day. Shipments are made on business days from Monday to Friday before noon.
